Texas Fly Fishing

The LMFFA First Wednesday Fly Tying and Social is this Wednesday at the Keller’s in Bayview. Hope to see everyone there. Jack Keller has provided the following information on how to get to their home in Bayview.
It occurs to me that people need to know how to get here, if they don’t Goggle 117 Calle Conejo, Bayview.
Anyway, whether coming from the Island, Harlingen, or Brownsville the best way is to get on FM 510 and travel to the center of Bayview aft the four way stop where FM510, FM2480, and San Rpman Road all come together. Go north on San Roman for about 1.1 miles and bear right at the split onto Calle Conejo and go straight for one long block (do not take the immediate right onto Chachalaca). Our house is at the end of Calle Conejo. Indeed you would run into our mailbox if you continued. There is a chainlink fence and gate on the right with a 117 numbered sign. We will leave the gate open but parking is available on either side of Conejo. Hopefully things will dry out but I would suggest that everyone park parallel to the paved road with at two wheels on the pavement. The terrain is flat and there are no ditches.
