Sportsman’s Finest Gearing Up For Christmas

| December 14, 2012 | 0 Comments

Good to see such Holiday Cheer from the retailers at Sportsman’s Finest. We’re anticipating a list of favorite fly fishing DVD’s any day now from Stacy Lynn, the retail fly shop manager at the Austin store. Lists are already in from Tailwaters Dallas, and Living Waters, Round Rock. There’s no store, but plenty of information available at www.sportsmansfinest.com.

Hello Sportsman’s Finest Customers!
*Happy Holidays! I know you are really busy getting your shopping done, attending holiday parties, and maybe even trying to squeeze in some fishing and shooting, so I am going to keep this brief. (No, really. I promise!)

*Many of you have a Santa that would dearly love to get you something that YOU would dearly love to have…help them out by filling out a Sportsman’s Finest “Wish List”! List all the gear that you would like to see under the tree and leave it with us. Tell your Santa to come see us and we will do the rest!

*Unique and limited edition items you are not going to find other places: Jesse James Reels; Skinny Water Culture clothing and hats; limited edition, artistic reels from Abel and Hatch; and Legend custome knives. These make excellent gifts…and great additions to anyone’s collections!

*Our last Tuesday Night Fly Tying Class for 2012 is next Tuesday, December 18th. We will be cooking fajitas and conducting the drawings for the End of the Year prizes! If you have attended at least one tying class this year then your name is in the hat for the winnings!

One More Time – Broadband This Time

| September 4, 2012 | 0 Comments

This is an OLD video, but I guess it has now been released for the first time for embedding in sites. It says something about “broadband” now, which I guess means the quality is better. Anyway, skip it if you’ve seen it, and enjoy it if you haven’t. And if you have any suggestions for future episodes (who knows when that is?), feel free to add comments / requests.
