How to Translate TPWD Reports into Fly Speak

You don’t have to look too far back in the YouTube Channel archives to see when I was translating these reports, almost weekly, into usable fly fishing information for the Texas Fly Caster Nation. I gave that up for good reasons, which are in the video.
