Bass World Championships
From Ted Warren:”We received a lot of encouragement to hold the tournament this year. We’ve already received hats, shirts, lures & DVD’s for the goodie bags. There will be raffles for a TFO rod, a Sage rod, Smith sunglasses and other equipment. TFO will be set up Saturday to demo their new rods. I’m turning the tournament over to Jerry Walker from Dallas, but will be helping him this year. Over 10 years the tournament grew from 17 to over 70 surpassing my goal of 50. Numerous sponsors have provided door prizes and items for the goodie bags which helped make it fun. Everyone got something. I was encouraged to see the kayak division grow to nearly 30 participants.”
RODS, REELS AND FLIES MUST BE EXCLUSIVELY FOR FLY FISHING. THIS IS A CATCH-PHOTO-RELEASE TOURNAMENT. ALL COVID PROTOCoLS MUST BE FOLLOWED.
