Chat GPT Guides Us Into The Texas Spirit World

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, several Texas distilleries had gained popularity for their high-quality spirits. Keep in mind that the popularity of distilleries can change, and new ones may have emerged since then. Here are some well-known and popular Texas distilleries:

EDITOR’S NOTE: In some cases, Chat GPT is still squeezing the brain juice from the internet. This isn’t the first time I have seen the “… knowledge update …” disclaimer, and some topic searches are completely blank when I ask for a story, summary or facts. Be sure to expand your knowledge of what a “distillery” actually is, what “blends” means and a deep dive into “Bottled in Bond” means.

Coffee and Brews

While I do not emphasize alcohol consumption in general anymore, you can still give the gift that keeps on giving … giving headaches or whatever your outcome may be – from consumption. I say, like my olden days of cigar reviews, fewer and better is better for my taste buds, and beer samplings are still in my wheelhouse. BUT, my consumer reviews here are definitely tilting toward earlier mornings and coffee that actually IS GOOD. I certainly owe this partially to my experiences with coffee while doing the startup on South Padre Island, Texas. If you’re on the Island, hang in there!
