Pretty darn busy around here, as we start nailing down the details for the new Coffee-Fly shop in Port Isabel, Texas. It can be as small as an outrageously expensive website name, and as big as deciding whether or not to carry YETI Coolers. We have the website, but YETI? How many of you buy Yeti at Buc-ee’s? See! There’s the problem.
It is THAT busy. I hope you are enjoying this crazy cool North Texas weather we are having, and getting your survival supplies for this long Fourth-of-July weekend. Now, like all holidays, this one also comes with a huge dose of melancholy. It is what it is, isn’t it?
Los Pescadores Coffee & Outfitters
The shop name is official, and now the work really begins! I am researching, making contacts, aligning the calendar and laying the groundwork for this new business adventure. Thankfully, I have the trust of those I am working with, and I hope to prove them to be a bunch of geniuses by coming to me!
