I’m no fool, and there’s no fooling when I am shown a picture of a trophy size brown trout from the Lower Mountain Fork Beaver’s Bend Broken Bow fishery. And that’s exactly what I saw, and posted in the story earlier this week, a story sent by Rob Woodruff. Seeing as Rob and his wife guide there, accuracy when it comes to what the possibilities are for catching trout in the continuing disaster there — ACCURACY —- is paramount.
And I think it’s accurate to report that fish can be caught, and by the looks of if they have to be as big as whales to hold in that flood. Well, whales it is! Be sure to contact Rob Woodruff, and book a Bend Bow trip with him / his wife – because I said so.

Please take the time to watch the video report, and if you have anything to add (or subtract) from your part of this huge State – FEEL FREE TO chime in. I make independent reporting worthwhile, as in the case of Salas’ report on Lake Buchanan that ran a couple of days ago. He gets upgraded to premium content access, which just adds to the loot he gets from me all the time.

My schedule has been shot full of holes, much like a Wrinkle Neck Mules Poster (remember “Let The Lead Fly?”), so reporting will be spotty until I can string a few days together. Stick with me. It’s going to get interesting-er and interesting-er.
