PoPs Fly Shop Policies

All of the work you see in the Fly Shop is Custom, with the exception of things like hooks and the obvious other products. This means the vast majority of the products you may order are CUSTOM MADE when ordered.

The only product I have leeway to accept returns and exchanges is my Fly Mats. A return of a fly mat, brand new still in the box, will be refunded for the cost of the Mat and the Sales Tax. A fly mat returned for exchange will be up or down charged depending on the selection(s), and there is a 10% restocking fee for colors other than white and a normal shipping charge of $15 for USPS Priority Mail.
