Learn to Fly Fish Course Offered at Eisenhower State Park November 19

This free workshop is open to adults and children (age 13 or above) interested in fly fishing. Basic elements of the course will include Fly Tying, Fly Casting, Aquatic Ecology, Regulations/Ethics, Freshwater Fishing Tactics, and actual fishing along the shoreline areas of Lake Texoma within the state park. Participants should wear comfortable clothing for outdoor activities. A free hot dog lunch will be provided. This program, certified by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, will be offered to the public free of charge. Held at the Rec Hall at Eisenhower State Park ; 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
