Hurricane Ike

Galveston hit by Hurricane Ike

From what we are hearing in the DFW area, there is still what amounts to a “State of Emergency” in those coastal areas hit by Hurricane Ike. It’s one of those ironies where maybe you can get there, but once you do, you are stranded due to no ability to fuel up, and apparently many roads are still impassable due to debris.

It’s overwhelming, but eventually we hope to get a clearer picture of what we as individuals and teams of individuals can do to help with the recovery.
