Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited Troutfest 2017 #GRTU #Troutfest

Word is out that the GRTU Banquet is sold out, but the event this February 18 and 19 still has plenty to offer in the way of information, communion and of course the 2017 Fly Fishing Film Tour. I don’t know about you, but to me it seems like these events are getting a bit … tired for lack of a better word. However, when fly fishing shows are one of the main games in the State, I don’t think there’s any danger of them changing any time soon. Who could think of a way to change them anyway? Yeah, I know I could, but you know I’d only be spitting in the wind.

FROM GRTU – The weekend Exposition on February 18 and 19 will host fly tying seminars, a kids zone, fly casting instruction from IFF Master Casting Instructors (some exclusively for women and kids), exhibitors, speakers from all over the country and more. Get film night tickets and more information on the weekend exposition at .

GRTU is also looking for volunteers to help with many facets of the event. If you are interested in being a Troutfest 2017 volunteer, please contact Brad Wilkins at [email protected] and leave your phone number and availability for the weekend of Feb 18 and 19.
