Back From the White River Arkansas

| March 20, 2011

Time to assemble some random information into a cohesive, well thought out and comprehensive story on the White River of Arkansas. Wish me luck because luck is more important to writing than fishing in this instance. I’m not saying it was bad, I’m just sayin’ …

As you can see, there’s a new page for Diablo Paddlesports I must have mentioned before, but still deserves mention in a post – out tomorrow. It’s extremely timely as I am getting a lot of inquiries on kayaks in general, and now that I am a part of the Diablo team – Diablo boats in particular. Look for that post to have some images from inside the warehouse where Diablo boats are assembled as well. Click on the Diablo page for more information. Don’t forget about another service www.kayakshuttleservice.com to see about being shuttled on the Greenbelt or different points on Lake Ray Roberts.

I received a text from a local guide, and apparently it’s official – sand bass are running in the creeks. Maybe some of our readers could verify that – and provide details? I would love to follow up on that, and you can find locations exclusively on the boards under “Hot Spotting” which is a pay access board. General information, as always, will be found right here as soon as it is available, and after other posts have run their course – and line the bottom of your bird cage.

Glad your back safely. Can’t wait to read about the white. As far as bass running, I’ll be taking a stroll tomorrow to see.
