Amberjack Lawsuit Looming

In an attempt to dull the axe that abruptly ended Texas’ recreational amberjack fishing season, rumors of lawsuits against the National Marine Fisheries Service abound on message boards such as 2coolfishing.

For the Coastal Conservation Association, their opening salvos can be found on CCA Texas. If you have ever considered joining CCA, take a look at their current legislative interests at the CCA web site under News. The simple fact they are that active and engaged is enough to encourage anyone to join CCA.
